              1. Svatá doba, Páně den.
Hospodin buď veleben.
On sám den ten oddělil,
požehnal a posvětil;
i já práci odkládám,
vůli Boží v úctě mám.

2. Ticho vůkol, svatý čas,
z nebe volá Páně hlas:
„Pojďte, lační, žízniví,
jsem váš Otec pečlivý,
touhu vaši dobře znám,
manu z nebe sešlu vám."

3. Něžně volá Boží Syn:
„Pojď, kdo lkáš pod tíhou vin,
hříchy tvé i bídu tvou
obmyl jsem již krví svou,
spasení ti vydobyl,
v nebi se mnou tvůj je díl."

4. Přijď, ó Duchu svatý, přijď,
a sám kroky moje řiď,
srdce moje posvěcuj,
mocí svou vždy při mně stůj,
bych tam jednou, kde jsi Ty,
věčně slavil soboty.
